The side weighted bracket set is a complete solution designed for side-weighted elevator systems.
It includes all essential components — adjustable side partition brackets, elevator rail brackets, rail clips, connection bolts, and steel dowels.
Upon request, the set can be delivered without rail clips, bolts, or dowels, depending on project requirements.
Sneider’s side-weighted bracket set and elevator rail brackets are fully bolt-connected and completely welding-free, ensuring easy installation and long-term structural reliability.
This product is specifically designed for single-row elevator counterweight frames and manufactured according to the required counterweight rail distance.
The RDK-050180 model serves as the main opposing rail bracket and offers a console extension range of 50–180 mm with three different mounting positions.
We offer two types of side-weighted bracket sets:
- Single-row design for standard applications
- Double-row design for heavy-duty projects
With its adjustable structure, it is compatible with 70mm and 90mm cabin rails.
All components are produced with certified galvanized or painted steel, ensuring strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Production is carried out according to project-specific rail spacing and console extension needs.
Material thickness options are available in 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm, depending on your elevator capacity and requirements.
